- Cheila Correia MorgadoFounderBorn in Portugal and raised in Mozambique, Cheila developed a passion for movement and overall Welness activities. Her travels led her to discover Reformer Pilates in Cape Town, inspiring her to create Lumea Pilates, the first Dynamic Reformer Pilates studio in Mozambique.Certifications:
